PHILIP OKENDE
Philip Okende is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the head of Projects Energy & Infrastructure as well as the Corporate and Finance departments in the Firm. Philip Okende is a Corporate and Projects Lawyer with extensive experience in the Kenyan and the wider African Markets. He advises on Global Project Finance, Environmental and Natural Resources Law, International Commercial Arbitration, Energy & Gas, and Securities law. Philip Okende holds a Master of Laws ( LLM ) degree from University of Cape Town, USA, Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law and Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Kenyatta University. Philip Okende has worked as a legal researcher at the defunct Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution. He also served as a legal officer at the National Lands Commission and as a Senior Legal Counsel, Siaya County Assembly.
