Mr. Alata is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Managing and Founding Partner of the Firm. He has a bias in Civil, Criminal and Commercial law having practiced in superior courts since his admission to the Bar. He has also featured in various landmark commercial transactions the latest being the merger of former NIC Bank and former CBA Bank to form NCBA Group PLC. Before his admission, Mr. Alata undertook his articles of pupillage in the firm of ATONGA & CO ADVOCATE where he served in various departments in the firm.
